What does it do?We provide free, confidential Information, Advice and Support on a wide range of issues including consumer, health, legal, housing, social care and benefits.

We aim to empower individuals through providing them with the information and advice that enables them to make an informed decision for themselves.

We co-ordinate a debt surgery, which takes place every fortnight and a tax surgery, which takes place once a month.

Who it is for:

We provide a service to Swansea residents aged 50 and over.

Ethnic / cultural aspects:

We operate an equal opportunities and therefore help everybody regardless of ethnic or cultural group.

Where it is available:

Swansea residents only.

What it costs:

The service is completely free.

How to access or apply for it:

The advice service is based at out drop-in centre, which is at 69 St. Helen's Road, Swansea. The centre is on a main bus route.
