You can borrow a mobility item from:
Level 4 of the Grafton East car park
Level -1 of the Grand Arcade car park
Both offices are open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm. 
The Grafton office only is open on Sunday, 11am to 4pm.
All equipment must be returned promptly to both Shopmobility offices by 5pm Monday to Saturday and by 4pm on Sundays (Grafton Centre only).
