Coundon and Leeholme Community Partnership

Coundon and Leeholme Community Partnership

What does it do?

The Community Transport attracts a diverse range of Members including community groups, schools, clubs, voluntary organisations and churches operating within the villages and towns in the South West of County Durham .

We operate two vehicles, both modern with ow level entry allowing easy access to all travellers regardless of age and mobility.

Our drivers are CRB checked, fully trained and extremely helpful and friendly to all members, going out of their way to make sure everyone has an enjoyable travel experience.

The majority of our work is responsive to Members bookings, however, we are currently setting up a Travel Club which will provide a service for those people who are not members of a group but would benefit from having the opportunity to 'get out for the day' experiencing a change of environment, meeting and chatting to other people and making new friends.
