Professional and friendly staff providing full support to service user's to ensure productive and meaningful activities and to provide informal carers respite from their caring role.

Staff are fully trained and offer a wealth of experience to assist in promoting equality, diversity and culture awareness for all individual needs.

Everyone is treated as a valued member and is supported to make choices and decisions.

The service will ensure  that all service users have a support plan that identifies how their assessed needs will be met and the activities and sessions they will access that will meet their needs.

Carer group meetings will take place every two months enabling relatives to receive information about the service and also express any concerns or ideas on behalf of any service user. We will also hold monthly service users meetings to enable service users to share information.

To ensure we are able to support our service users to the best standard, our staff are trained in the following areas:

Wren Centre is a service aimed at older people who live in the London Borough of Hillingdon who require support as they may be at risk of social isolation due to their complex needs and dementia.

There is a charge for meals, tea, coffee and soft drinks.The full charges to attend the centre may vary each year but currently stand at £49.00 per day. You will have a financial assessment carried out to see how much you need to pay towards the charges. This is carried out by the Financial Assessment and Income Team.

Admission to Wren Centre is through Adult Social Care Direct on 01895 556633. All admissions are identified by an assessment of care needs undertaken by a social worker in the Older People's  Social work Team.Please contact June Daniell - Day Service Manager for further information about the service.
