What does it do?The West Bridgford Visiting Service aims to provide a regular volunteer visitor to older people at home, particularly those who are lonely, frail or housebound.
The service is free, confidential and independent.
How the service works:
You can refer yourself to the co-ordinator, or ask a friend or relative to do it for you. You need to contact the service co-ordinator, who will then arrange to visit you to discuss your needs, details are given at the bottom of the page. You will then be matched to one of our trained Age Concern visitors.
We will take into account your interests and preferences when considering potential volunteer match. |
