Our Advice and Information service offers FREE, CONFIDENTIAL and IMPARTIAL Welfare Benefits Adivce.
We can assist you through our FREE home visiting service or by attending one of our drop-in advice sessions. We can help to find out what benefits you may be entitled to and can help with filling out the necessary forms.
We can help with benefit entitlements such as:
- Pension Credit
- Rent/Council Tax Rebates
- Attendance Allowance
- Disability Living Allowance
- Incapacity Benefits
- Retirement Pensions

Where it is available?Local service covering: Ashfield, Bassetlaw, Broxtowe, Gedling, Mansfield, Newark and Sherwood, Nottingham, Rushcliffe (Nottinghamshire).
How to access or apply for it:
We hold a “drop-in” advice surgery on Monday mornings from 10.00 to 12.00 at Bradbury House, 12 Shakespeare Street, Nottingham, NG1 4FQ. No appointment is necessary.
An appointment based service runs on a Thursday from 10.00 to12.00 also at Bradbury House. For those needing an appointment please ring 0115 844 0011.
