What does it do?What does Fit as a Fiddle include?
- Physical Activity – it helps older people to access safe activity sessions, designed to meet their need
- Healthy Eating – it encourages older people to eat a varied, balanced diet by developing a wide range of initiatives to improve cooking skills as well as offer nutritional advice
- Mental Health – it provides social support for people who may otherwise be lonely and isolated
