Personal Assistant/Support Worker - Oxfordshire

PA/Support Worker service. Home visits or going out.

What does it do?

Enrych Assist in Oxfordshire

In Oxfordshire, we are delighted to introduce our brand new service – Enrych Assist. Working alongside our volunteer and facilitation service, Enrych Assist offers people the opportunity to purchase the time of a PA to support them with a view to making their life easier and putting them in control.  We envisage this time may be spent catching up with admin, gardening, grocery shopping, help around the house, or of course if somebody so chooses their PA will support them to do the nicer things in life – going to the theatre or cinema, lunch or maybe even a holiday!

The service will be person-centred with the client involved in the selection of the right PA for them and the service will be geared to towards meeting client’s outcomes which will be measured and evaluated for our effectiveness.

Clients of Enrych Assist, will also be automatically invited to the many social events run by Enrych Coordinators i.e. pub lunches, theatre trips, bowling etc.  All Enrych Assist PAs will be DBS cleared, fully trained and work to a very high standard, meeting the requirements of all clients, which will have already been discussed and identified.

We believe that Enrych Assist will complement the service we currently offer and will help us to achieve an income stream, thus ensuring our long term future which will be to the benefit of everyone involved with Enrych Oxfordshire, both now and in the years ahead.
