for example when your landlord wants you to leave.
* Advise people of their rights to stay in their home.
* Advise people about Mortgage Rescue.
* Advise people with rent arrears.
* Give advice to those experiencing domestic abuse.
* Advise how to get a Bond back.
* Advise of rights regarding landlord disputes.
* Discuss housing needs for health and well-being.
* Discuss housing needs for independent living.
* Discuss housing needs for people with learning disabilities.
* Help explore housing options
* Assess whether we have a duty to provide accommodation under the Housing Act.
* Assess for homelessness and advise on temporary accommodation.
