Applicants will be offered an appointment for a senior member of our care team to visit you at home at a time that is convenient to you.
During the visit, we will explain more about what homecare is all about, assess your personal situation, draw up a personalised support plan and provide a written quotation.
If you choose to go ahead, your home care visits will commence as and when you have requested.
