Brainwaves clubs are modelled based on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy with specially-designed activities to support people experiencing mild to moderate memory problems.

Our Memory Support Care Groups are groups for people living with memory loss and their carers. They are offered under Hertswise, a Hertfordshire-wide service designed to support people living with low-level memory loss or mild cognitive impairment.

Offered under Hertswise, our Memory Loss Home Support service provides one-to-one advice and support for people affected by memory loss in their homes.

Hertswise is a Hertfordshire-wide community dementia support service providing specialist dementia advice and information, group and one-to-one support sessions for those living with dementia/memory loss and their family, friends or carers.

The service is delivered by a partnership of community and voluntary groups including Age UK Hertfordshire, Age UK Dacorum (that's us), Hertfordshire Independent Living Service, Herts Mind Network, Herts Help, POhWER and Carers in Hertfordshire.
