What does it do?
We install bespoke bathrooms, level access showers, wet rooms, wheelchair/scooter ramps, stairlifts, associated building works, can provide architectural drawings and assist with the planning process if designing schemes, including major worlks like building home extensions.

Who it is for?

Any older or disabled customers requiring works to their home to enable their independance.

We have substantial experience of working with all sectors of the population and can assist with translation in to most languages.

Where it is available?

Local service covering: Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, Wakefield (West Yorkshire).

What it costs:

The service is chargeable but at affordable rates and often works are VAT zero rated, meaning a 20% saving is made for qualifying customers. If you are seeking or have been awarded a Disabled Facilities Grant or personal payment from your local authority, we cannot undertake works on your behalf, with the grant paying the costs. Please ask for more details.

What to expect then:

We will make a phone call, establish the customer's request and then make an appointment to visit you at home. This is at a time to suit you, all surveys and quotations are free of charge and we have no high pressure sales teams.
