    The Almshouse Association assists trustees of almshouse charities in finding sources of finance for major repairs, modernisation schemes and in some cases for new buildings. The Association also acts as representative of its member charities in lobbying and negotiating with Government departments and agencies, the Housing Corporation and the Charity Commission. Our influence continues to grow but so does the demand for funds and resources.

  • The housing and support needs of older people with visual impairment
