care home scheme is managed by derby city council. i feel that we offer a friendly, homely atmosphere where residents are free to express their wishes and concerns. the staff team is committed and caring. almost 50% of the staff team have nvq qualifications already and catering and domestic staff have and are receiving nvq training. the home is situated adjacent to a local park and all shops and amenities are nearby. the local gps are very supportive. as the manager i have an added advantage of 7 other local authority managers in the city to network with. says I feel that we offer a friendly, homely atmosphere where residents are free to express their wishes and concerns.
