The winners

The 32 winners were announced at the Awards celebrated on 16th May 2017 at Edgbaston Cricket Ground. Cllr Peter Griffiths welcomed guests and delegates to the City of Birmingham. The event consisted of topical presentations by Keynote Speaker Chris Knight of Legal & General and other sponsors, as well as music and entertainment including Guest Speaker Tim Wonnacott and comedian Earl Okin.

The Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM) presented it own Members' Awards.

The EAC Awards winning housing schemes plus 78 highly commended were selected from a list of 1,180 schemes nominated by their users, 10,229 voters comprising 5,892 residents, 2,249 visitors, 1,934 staff members and 154 volunteers. They are all listed below.
