Advice on housing & care for older people. Sheltered housing, retirement housing, extra care housing for the elderly

EAC services for housing and care providers

EAC manages a huge amount of information about UK housing provision and care homes for older people. We also deliver an information & advice service to thousands of older people and their families, covering the whole housing & care spectrum.

Our research and analysis service draws on EAC's unique perspectives to produce publications, analyses, mapping and informed commentary of benefit to housing and care providers, funders and policy makers. And whilst we guard the independence and impartiality of our public services, they offer vaulable opportunities for both sponsorship and advertising. Our Over 60s Art Awards provide an ideal opportunity to associate your organisation with the energy and creativity of this annual, national event.

EAC Over 60s Art Awards

EAC's annual event is open to all amateur artists over 60. It is a national competition that culminates in an exhibition of finalists at London's Mall Galleries, and the award of substantial prizes to the winners.

We particularly encourage participation by older people who live in sheltered & retirement housing or in a care home, and offer a special cash prize, split equally between the artist and their housing scheme or care home.
