perennial is a national charity with a specific remit of helping horticulturalists in need. numbers of residents from the industry have fallen steadily over recent years - due primarily to individuals' understandable unwillingness to move from other parts of the country., leaving their friends and family. as a result, fewer and fewer gardeners were moving to red oaks so the charity chose to transfer the ownership of red oaks to barchester.
