An advice service for older people and their families

FirstStop Advice is a free and independent information and advice service provided by EAC in partnership with three other organisations. It can provide specialist help on any aspect of housing or care for elderly people, including financial issues as well as rights and entitlements.

FirstStop is a partnership between EAC, the charities Counsel and Care and Help the Aged, and the specialist financial advice provider NHFA Limited. EAC has worked closely with each of these partners over many years, and we believe the new venture will enable us to deliver a comprehensive, high quality service to many more people than we can alone.
