AIMS is a specialist Age Concern England Service offering information, advice and a full mediation service for sheltered and retirement housing. AIMS can help with enquiries and problems in rented sheltered housing or private retirement housing schemes in all of England and Wales, whether the landlord is a local authority, registered social landlord or private company.
