At Shamrock House we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).

Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Shamrock House offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, communal garden, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays, a guest room for visitors and a room for mobile hairdressers. A range of activities including coffee mornings, lunch clubs, bingo and trips currently run at the scheme. The properties are located a short walking distance to local shops, hairdressers and pub. There is a bus route for easy access to the town centre.
