This scheme only has a visiting Sheltered Housing Officer.The property is managed from Thomas Moore House. The Sheltered Housing Officer calls at set times each week, and will visit by appointment when necessary. They can provide help and advice to individual tenants. When the Sheltered Housing Officer is not on duty each flat is equipped with a 24-hour emergency call system linked to the nearby Thomas More House thus ensuring assistance in any emergency.
