“Mendip House is a 25-storey sheltered housing scheme located in the heart of Edmonton Green shopping centre. There are 184 self-contained flats, which provide accommodation and housing related support for 220 people with high, medium and low support needs. Staff are on site Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and each flat has a pull cord linked to an emergency alarm system. Residents have their own self-contained flat and there are communal areas, including lounge, kitchen, laundry room and shower room. The scheme is served by a lift and has a door entry system and CCTV”
