There are 45 flats, from 24 one bed flats, 1 three bed flat, 1 three bed house and 20 studios. On-site facilities include a large modern kitchen which connects to the communal lounge and were both renovated in 2011, laundry and overnight guest room. With a regular bus service at the back of the scheme offering connections to Luton and London via the local train station.

The large communal lounge hosts various social events organised by the lively social committee, ranging from darts, bingo, quizzes, tea afternoons, bowling afternoons, holidays, line dancing and fish & chip suppers.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents.
