The court has a pleasant communal lounge, laundry room, guest room, communal gardens and a mobile library on court every month. There are good local amenities nearby the court including a large supermarket, chemist, doctors, café and hairdressers. There are also several local pubs and takeaways. The town centre is a 10 minute walk or a short bus journey away. The main railway station is a 10 minute walk and you can be in London in 40 minutes or Brighton within two hours.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
