“Marsh House is a retirement service that provides independent living with additional housing management for people over the age of 60 or 55 with a disability. The service is made up of 39 units which includes 18 studio ground floor units, 20 first floor units, and a maisonette with three bedrooms. There are a total of 20 units that are accessible via the lift. All of the accommodation at the service is self contained with other communal facilities that include laundry and three lounges. There is a 24 hour pull cord system for help at all times”
