"Argyll Court, is a collection of generously sized. self-contained one bedroom apartments for the over 55's, suitable for single applicants.

Apartments at Argyll Court benefit from a fitted kitchen, a good-sized single bedroom, a living area, bathroom, gas central heating, UPVC windows and emergency pull cords.

Argyll Court is set in secure grounds with fantastic gardens. There's a communal lounge where we host regular resident activities along and a handy onsite laundry room. Our parking bays and communal areas are covered by CCTV and you have a secure door entry system so you can view your visitors on the TV when they come to the main entrance.

You can sit back and relax, because we take care of all the maintenance, repairs and gardening for you. Argyll Court is located in the Norton area of Stockton-On-Tees, near Somerset Road in walking distance of bus routes, shops and Norton centre.

With weekly rent from only £147 per week (including all service charges), we really think Argyll Court provides excellent value." Show less
