At The Hawthorns, we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 for over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).

Each flat consists of a good size kitchen, lounge, bathroom and 1 bedroom with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. The scheme also has a Door Entry System for increased security. Other communal facilities include, a laundry room (driers only), communal gardens, communal kitchen, 3 guest rooms for visitors to use & communal parking bays including disabled bays. The Hawthorns is close to a number local shops such as Sainsbury's, Lloyds Pharmacy & Post Office, which are a 5 minute walk away from the scheme. The local hospital and Doctors Surgeries are also nearby. Banbury Castle Quay Shopping Centre is also located on Castle Street, a short bus ride away. The local train station is 25mins away by bus or a 40min walk. There are a number of main bus routes such as the SN from Grange Road to Castle Quay Shopping Centre and the S4 from Grange Road to Banbury Bus Station.
