Trenchard Court is happy and relaxed Independent Living development for single people and couples aged 55 and over and is situated in a residential area in Tameside, adjacent to its sister development, Northolt Court.

Trenchard Court has 33 self-contained one-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment for rent. All the apartments and communal areas have access to Astraline's 24 hour emergency call service. Trenchard Court offers a well maintained communal garden, car parking spaces, communal laundry, a large communal lounge and kitchen. A guest bedroom is also available for visiting friends and family and can be booked for a nominal charge. The grounds maintenance, development cleaning and window cleaning are carried out by our contractor.

Regular social activities are held in the communal lounge. Renchard Court benefits from an Independent Living Coordinator on duty Monday to Friday except for public holidays. Outside of these hours, Astraline's emergency call system and an out of hours repairs service are available. The building has a lift to all flours and secure fob entry and exit system for resident's safety.

There are regular bus services into the town of Droylsden and Stockport. There are plenty of local amenities within easy walking distance including supermarkets, the Post Office, doctors surgery and pharmacy. Manchester city centre is within easy reach and can provide some of the best museums, shops and restaurants in the North West.
