It is situated in a quiet residential area close to Wythenshawe Park, just off the main Wythenshawe Road in South Manchester.

Roselea offers 41 self-contained apartments for rent including 40 one-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment. All the apartments and communal areas have Astraline's 24 hour emergency call service available for peace of mind. There is a lift to all floors available for ease of access.

Roselea benefits from a well-maintained communal garden, communal laundry and a small amount of car parking spaces. There is a large communal lounge and kitchen. Regular social activities are held in the communal lounge based on residents' interests and hobbies. There is also a guest bedroom available that can be booked for up to two people for a nominal charge. The grounds maintenance, development cleaning and window cleaning are carried out by our contractor.

Roselea has a secure fob entry and exit system and an Independent Living Coordinator on duty Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. Outside these hours, and Astraline's emergency call system, an out of hours repairs service is available.

There are regular bus services into the town, Streford and Sale with the nearest bus stop being just around the corner. The local amenities such as supermarkets, the Post Office, a doctors surgery and pharmacy are all within easy walking distance. Manchester city centre is within easy reach and can provide some of the best museums, shops and restaurants in the North West.
