It is situated in a residential area in Manchester and is adjacent to its sister development, Trenchard Court.

Northolt Court has 38 studio apartments, 12 self-contained one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment for rent. Northolt Court offers a large, well-maintained communal garden, a large communal lounge, a communal kitchen, communal laundry and car parking spaces. A guest bedroom for friends or family of residents is also available for up to two people and can be booked for a nominal charge.

Regular social activities are held in the communal lounge depending upon the interests of residents. The grounds maintenance, cleaning of communal areas and window cleaning are carried out by our contractor. Northolt Court benefits from an Independent Living Coordinator on duty Monday to Friday except for public holidays. When staff aren't onsite, Astraline's emergency call service and an out of hours repairs service are available. The building has a lift to all floors and has a secure fob entry and exit system. All the apartments and communal areas have access to Astraline's 24 hour emergency call service.

There are local amenities such as supermarkets, the Post Office, doctors surgery and pharmacy all within easy walking distance. There are regular bus services into the town of Droylsden and Stockport. Manchester city ventre is within easy reach and can provide some of the best museums, shops and restaurants in the North West.
