Manager's description

“Situated in the market town of Sherborne, Napier Court consists of 32 one bedroom flats, some of which are of mobility standard. The court is situated close to open countryside and well placed for local services. There are resident management staff and a community alarm service. Facilities include lift, lounge, laundry, guest facilities and garden with patio area. There is a bus stop a short distance away for travel into the town centre.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing & Care 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement”

Comments about Napier Court

My wife and I have lived here for the past 4 years and it's nice, we've just had new kitchens fitted recently which are very nice, the housing manager is very friendly and her door is always open for helpful advise or just a chat and although we like it here and Dorset, we would like to move closer to family and friends in Norfolk... maybe one day.06/07/2014Charlie (currently lives here)reply
