Here, tenants traditionally enjoy attending the Abbey’s Christmas Carol service. Among them is Marjorie Whitfield who has been one of MHA’s tenant representatives at national level.

Places are reserved on MHA’s Boards for residents and tenants who, along with other Board Members, serve for six years. Marjorie was especially involved and also supported MHA’s fundraising work by fronting an appeal, telling her story of how MHA has helped her, and telephoning supporters by way of thanks for their donations.
