Manager's description

“At St Judes sheltered housing scheme, we offer purpose-built properties for rent for people over the age of age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance). You can enjoy your retirement and get the best out of life in comfortable surroundings with the benefit of having access to a scheme manager and a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. You will not need to worry about maintenance and repairs of the property as we take care of these. We provide a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, a garden, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors. Sometimes you may want to be on your own and other times you may want to be sociable. Our properties give you that freedom and choice to do this. You can participate in social activities at the scheme which are organised by residents. If you want to know more, please get in touch with us on 0800 131 3348”

Comments about St Judes

I moved into Sanctuary Housing at Shelton s.o.t 10/ 06 / 1013 and it was the best thing that I have ever done. I have made loads of new friends and there is always someone to pass the time of day with if you feel lonely. I have found Sanctuary Housing very helpful in any matters that you have' I don't think you could ask for better landlords I love it. 31/10/2013terence murphy (currently lives here)reply
