The scheme has a mix of one bedroomed properties and bedsits with fob access for added security. Pull cords throughout including your own personal pendant. All pendant and pull cords are monitored by the scheme manager if on site. When manager is off site a 24 hour response service is delivered by TrustCall. The Communal facilities at the scheme include a large lounge, where residents meet up and take part in activities, kitchen facilities and a guest suite for family members to rent if they need to stay over. There is also a beautiful outdoor area which makes relaxing outside a pleasure in warm weather.Independent living at Wellgreen Lodge is all about having a readymade community, being local to most general amenities, delivering a service that can provide a 24 hours response team, feeling safe in your environment, with daily advice, help and daily contact support at hand. If you enjoy taking part in activities and making new friends this is the scheme for you as they have daily activities and a very active social group.
A Scheme Manager on site during the week and 24hour emergency response through pull cord system gives added security.
