Sheltered Housing Officers provide 24 hour support 365 days a year. There is daily contact with each resident and emergency cover at night. It is through this daily contact that changing needs can be recognised and early appropriate help sought as necessary.A home cooked low cost two course dinner is available 7 days a week to all residents. All communal rooms are on the ground floors of blocks one and two and include laundry, kitchen, dining room and a dayroom. The three blocks have lifts to all floors. Vale View also has visiting mobile hairdressers and a chiropodist.
Vale View prides itself on its holistic approach to the well being and happiness of the residents. An active residents' committee combined with officer support ensures a wide range of social activities. Suggestions are always welcome from all residents and their families." Show less
