Grosvenor Hall has a capacity of 40 residents, there are 32 rooms which are single occupancy, 4 are shared with 30 having en suite facilities, we also listened to the those residents who preferred to have a larger room and not have en suite, so left 10 rooms without this facility when the home was extended in 2008.
Grosvenor Hall is a grade 2 listed building formerly Bracebridge Hall of which several photos/painting are in the main hallway depicting its bygone days. Many of its original features remain, including the beautiful ceiling in the upstairs lounge.
The Home has ample off road parking, with ramp access to the front and rear of the building. To the rear of the Home there is a secure, mature garden area, with raised flower beds, a vegetable garden and seating areas for residents, their family and friends.
The garden also has a designated area for those residents who wish to smoke, as no smoking is allowed within the building." Show less
