The Home, originally built in the 1960s has been completely renovated, to a very high standard, to provide accommodation for the care of the elderly. It has five separate units with 8 bedrooms in each unit. Each unit is named after a precious stone and decorated in a colour scheme related to that stone colour. Every bedroom is individual and is decorated to the colour scheme of the gem.
Each unit has a lounge and a kitchen allowing residents to sit with visitors in their own unit lounge and make their own refreshments, should they wish to. All 40 bedrooms have doors giving access to the secure grounds. All the doors are on a separate alarm monitoring system." Show less
