In total there are 29 homes, 21 for sheltered housing and 8 for shared ownership.

Residents benefit from large and airy rooms which bring in plenty of natural light. New washing machines, cookers and fridge freezers have all been provided. Fitted kitchens with individually chosen worktops and carefully thought out easy-access baths and showers are some of the features inside the flats. Communal areas include a fresh modern shared lounge with kitchen and garden area.

William Cubitt Lodge has been designed and focused around residents. All homes meet the HAPPI (Housing our Aging Population: Panel for Innovation) standard. We can constantly adapt our services to the changing needs of older people." Show less

"William Cubitt Lodge is home to both sheltered social housing residents as well as older person shared owners(OPSO). The community feel is fantastic, from neighbours chatting with each other to supporting & socialising together. There is a range of OPSO residents that are still at work to those in their 90's retired." Show less
