Show more "Heather Grange is a purpose built care home, opened in December 2010, and is set close to the General Hospital in the old mill town of Burnley, Lancashire. Exclusively designed to offer complete flexibility, allowing residents to move between the services to meet any changes within their individual care needs.

The categories of care provided at Heather Grange are General Residential, Residential Dementia and Nursing Dementia Care. We like to use the term “Memory Care” instead of Dementia. We provide specialist permanent and respite care for the elderly using our extensive range of facilities and specialised suites such as our “Memory Care Community” that incorporates assistive technology and provides stimulation.

Every person at Heather Grange is viewed as an individual and will be thoroughly assessed prior to admission. Individual person centred care plans will be implemented to ensure that all assessed needs are met to the highest standard achievable.

A wide range of activities is provided to ensure social stimulation and social interaction remains a part of a person’s everyday life." Show less
