The Home is situated in a secluded, tranquil setting close to the town centre of Omagh with rear views of the Camowen River. Through Assessment Care Plans and Reviews, staff will be encouraged to enable residents to continue pursuing their individual interests as well as developing new ones and build on the positive aspects of their life."
