The schemes are situated in Basildon, within easy reach of all local amenities. There is a pleasant communal lounge, laundry room and guest room. In addition there is a 24 hour emergency call system and door entry system for your security. Social activities include bingo nights, coffee mornings, snooker, handicraft and there is also an active social club.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it.
