"Our high-quality housing for older people allows residents to live comfortably, securely, and independently whilst in the knowledge that help is there if they need it.

At Wimborne House we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).

Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Wimborne House offers a wide range of facilities, including quiz afternoons, residents' afternoons and parties for special occasions.

At Wimborne House we have 3 communal lounges, a communal garden, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors. The scheme is located close to Balham High Road which has a wide range of shops. There are a number of GPs surgeries close by and the bus stops are located outside the scheme. Wimborne House is situated in a quiet area at the top of the hill.

There is a Scheme Manager service responsible for the management of the building, security and communal areas.
