Here our experienced nurses, care assistants and key workers provide high quality 24-hour care in the range from general nursing to nursing dementia. We look after people with very high dependency nursing needs, and also provide palliative care.Most residents live at the home permanently but we also offer respite care. We always promote independence and respect people's dignity and choice.
Ours is a welcoming, comfortable, safe purpose-built home, with big gorgeous gardens, including a beautifully landscaped sensory garden with raised beds of plants and flowers. At Lansdowne we organise activities for residents with dementia, who can enter and leave this space as they wish when the weather is good.
Inside, there are bright and spacious corridors and lounges. Each of our three units has its own dining room. All bedrooms are singles with en-suites. We love residents to personalise these spaces to make them more familiar and homely." Show less
