With a beautiful garden to the rear of the building and a pretty conservatory, there is a welcome sense of community here that complements the professionalism of Arden Valley’s staff.The home is situated in a quiet rural area, with the beautiful Warwickshire countryside all around. A few miles north of picturesque Stratford-upon-Avon, famous for being the birthplace of William Shakespeare and the base of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Here, individuals with dementia and nursing care needs are encouraged to express themselves. Our highly trained staff members take the time and care to get to know each resident, talking to them and their families about their likes and dislikes and personal backgrounds and stories, in order to be able to provide the person-centred care that lies at the heart of MHA’s values. Residents personalise their private rooms, which are well-equipped with en suite facilities, and have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the company of each other in the shared lounges within the home.
MHA works hard to support older people to live meaningful lives. We are committed to providing alternative therapies such as reflexology and music therapy to residents, while our Chaplain offers pastoral support to all at Arden Valley, whatever their beliefs.
