It incorporates nursing care, provision for dietary requirements, residential accommodation, a social environment, psychological support, spiritual and sexual needs. The Quality System is kept under continual and systematic review for effectiveness and for improvement where possible. The Proprietor, management and staff are required to comply with the Quality System at all times. All approved suppliers providing goods and/or services are required to comply with Supplier Quality requirements.
