This is the most fundamental aspect of their training , be they a carer, domestic or even the handyman. The environment also helps achieve this with many activities available from the qualified team of staff. The Check House offers quiet, cosy areas to sit and reflect or just enjoy the stunning views out to sea. There is a Snug Inn where conviviality and laughter may be enjoyed as well as lunch, or The Carnaby Street Cafe where refreshments can also be enjoyed in a fun environment. A recently redecorated Hair Salon is available as well as The General Store where toiletries and sweets can be purchased. The Check House is a wonderful home, cosy, fun,and so welcoming to everyone."
