An activities co-ordinator attends for six hours each day Monday to Friday. The home shares the use of a mini bus and trips out to local places of interest are provided weekly. Karaoke sessions with dancing are held once and sometimes twice each week.Service user's individual interests and hobbies will be taken into account and every effort made to assist in these wherever possible. Arrangements are made for service users to attend local colleges for courses appropriate to their needs and abilities. Staff are trained in supporting daily living skills and where service users are on a rehabilitation programme staff are able to facilitate this with good sucessful outcomes." Show less
