We received the Essex Quality Improvement Overall Stage 3 “Gold Award” and earned the top Food Standards Agency Rating of 5. We have en-suite throughout (7 en-suite wet rooms) and a completely new nurse call and fire alarm system. Residents are encouraged to personalise rooms, and socialise, dine and enjoy activities in the Oak Room, Dining Room or overlook the gardens in the Garden Room or Window Room or enjoy a more personal meeting in the Kitchenette.
