Debbie has introduced much to the home and, we believe, has much more to offer. Debbie has recently completed both teaching qualifications and a Diploma in Care that enables her to develop the care staff long the route of SVQ’s.The carers employed in the home come from a variety of backgrounds but all have one thing in common, their love for working with people. Many have either completed, or in the process of completing, their SVQ’s at various levels. Some of our care and ancillary staff have over 20 years experience in working in a care home setting or similar. We are proud of our staff and we endeavour to work to improve their qualifications and experience both in-house and externally. We are also proud of our multi-racial team of staff recruited here in the UK and from as far a field as Asia.
