Show more "Legge-Bourke Court is situated in the small Norfolk village of Walsoken and consists of 16 one bedroom flats and 17 studio flats. Each apartment has a fitted kitchen with an oven and a fridge freezer. On-site facilities at the court include a communal lounge, a spacious double guest room, a laundry room, communal gardens that surround the court and ample parking spaces. Walsoken has a small range of shops including a Post Office and convenience store. The nearest town is Wisbech about one and a half miles away. There are two buses an hour into Wisbech from Walsoken and from Wisbech there are hourly buses to King's Lynn and Peterborough.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

New residents accepted from 60 years of age. Both cats & dogs generally accepted (subject to Housing & Care 21's pets policy).
